Cal Equipment & Polywatt
As A joint project with Cal Equipment we re-engineered the control system on an old LeTourneau all electric straddle crane with a distributed Idec PLC system. We removed several hundred pound of old wiring and replaced it with a small RS-485 network between six PLC sub assemblies.
